2010 Conference Speaker:

Actress Allisyn Ashley Arm, who plays "Zora" in the hit Disney Show Sonny With A Chance


Allisyn Ashley Arm (born April 25, 1996) is an American actress. Arm made her first major acting debut during 2002 on the television series Strong Medicine, and made her movie debut a couple of years later with an appearance in director Michael Clancy's 2004 comedy film Eulogy.

She has also appeared in over 40 commercials, and since February 2009, she's played Zora on Disney Channel's Sonny With a Chance. Allisyn was recently nominated for a Young Artist Award as BEST PERFORMANCE IN A TV SERIES in the category of Supporting Young Actress.

 

2009 Conference Speaker:


The 2009 conference keynote speaker was Sarah Reinertsen- the first woman to compete at Ironman Kona on a prosthesis.

2008 Conference Speaker:

 

The 2008 conference keynote speakers were John Basedow- Fitness Celebrity, and Fran Capo - three-time record holder as the World's Fastest Talking Female. They presented their program "The Power to Change Your Life" . Together, John and Fran are leading a national crusade against a widespread epidemic, which they call "settle-itis". Through their unique stories of self-made success, this dynamic duo educated, captivated and motivated the audience in achieving their dreams while living life to the fullest.

2007 Conference Speaker:

Almost 2,000 middle school students and teachers from Nassau and Suffolk counties attended the 2007 conference.

Bobby Petrocelli, a motivational speaker and author was the keynote for the 2007 KIA Youth Conference. His coaching background and expertise with youth have made him one of the top communicators in his field. Bobby's powerful message of "the power of decisions" left a lasting impact on all who attended the conference.

2006 Conference Speaker:


Keynote Ed Gerety, leadership trainer and author, motivated students at our 2006 Conference with a message of respect, responsibility and leadership.
